In the race for Ward 3 at-large councilors, Jim Cote (8745 votes) keeps his seat and newcomer Andrea Kelley (8743) held off Julia Malaki (7459) to fill the open seat vacated by Ted Hess-Mahan, who has retired from the council.

The Charter Commission proposal has gone down to defeat by over 1,500 votes, 12,519 to 10,912. There’s going to be a lot of second-guessing in the days and weeks ahead.
