Is the City Council Inauguration open to the public? If yes, is it inside City Hall or outside?
It’s by invitation only, BUT there will be overflow in the War Memorial with live streaming. The invitations are for the balcony in the Chambers and have already been distributed. However, everyone is invited to the reception afterwards. It is INSIDE! It’s for Mayor, City Council and School Committee. Inauguration begins at 12 Noon tomorrow.
