I missed this presentation last week and so I was really glad to have had a chance to watch this last night.
The production values by NewTV, combined with Civic Moxie’s clear presentation of its recommended principals, make this easier to follow than a lot of municipal presentations. (I found the financial analysis towards the end to be particularly illuminating.)
More to say later. But well worth watching.
