The real cause of potholes is terrible road conditions paired with a never ending cycle of pothole repair and then destruction by plows. Are we paying the same people to both wreck our street with plows and then repair the pothole each spring?
Maybe we can use that money to repave roads instead? Who cares how many potholes we filled – it’s a sign of failure!
