Just watched the debate. There were absolutely, positively NO questions about the most important issue in this election, as well as the most important issue in the city–high school start times. I am miffed. Wow.
Eileen mentioned high school start times about three times during debate, Anping zero.
I am in total agreement with Jeffrey. It’s inconceivable that all School Committee candidates are not asked about high school start times. Then again, it remains unbelievable to me that the School Committee has failed our students for so long on the issue of later start times. The sad truth is, they will not change high school start times until they are FORCED to change high school start times. I’ve outlined exactly how that can happen on a couple of other V-14 threads.
