Everyone can thank the Fed. As long as interest rates stay low the prices will go up and up.
Link?
Whoops. Sorry about the missing link, added above and here.
Jonathan Dame did a super job with this story, including both data and the voices of stakeholders we don’t usually hear from. And it’s just the first part of a series! Highly recommended.
Great article. Jonathan and other contributors are doing a great job stepping up Tab investigative reporting. I really like the interactive maps. Obviously he is tackling a complicated phenomenon with many moving parts. It is nice to see the statistics that back up the writing so unlike some guest articles, opinion pieces and letters appealing to emotions and needing to be fact checked on the subject of teardowns.
I need more time to digest the plethora of information.
