This must be the one I heard about from Anil.
Looks like “included bark” and a weak branch union, V-shaped instead of U-shaped. From the picture it looks more like a secondary trunk than a limb. It is maybe surprising it didn’t fail in some of the recent windstorms, but it may just have been the added weight of the leaves that made the difference.
