Rethinking surplus of Crescent Street on agenda tonight

Are Cyprus Street and Crescent Street the same project?
Carry, no they are not.
The item is described as “housekeeping.” I think it may be to NAN the item. Much as I think the whole parcel should be park!
We have a Cypress St. I don’t believe we have a Cyprus St. And I don’t think the Cypress St lot has been surplussed – yet. But given the Lego exercise, I’m sure it’s on someone’s list.
Headline has been fixed.
The Board of Aldermen voted to approve reuse of 70 Crescent Street for 8 units of housing, 50% of which will be affordable, at its November 16, 2015 meeting. I expect that the committee will vote “no action necessary” on the related item in light of the previously approved Board Order.
