Mayor Warren’s Chief Administrative Officer Dori Zaleznik sent this to city staff today…

I am pleased to announce that Jacquelyn Goddard has assumed the position of Director of Community Engagement in the Mayor’s Office beginning today.  Jacque comes to us having most recently served as the Media Relations Executive for the Middlesex County District Attorney, Marian Ryan.  Prior positions included Communications Director for Boston Parks and Recreation and Press Secretary to Mayor Thomas Menino.  A graduate of Holy Cross College (BA) and Suffolk University (Masters in Public Administration), Jacque also has experience as a reporter and anchor for radio and television stations in New England.  Jacque is looking forward to learning more about the needs and interests of Newton’s diverse residents. Be sure to direct any inquiries you get from the press through Jacque as we have done in the past.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
