A good survey, like a good transit system, gives its users an indication of how long their service may take to complete. This survey had me guessing the whole way, much like my commuter rail experience.
It said on the 1st page that it would take around 15 minutes.
The questions did not support my best answers, that I would use the service more if there were more frequent commuter rail stops and safe access here in Newtonville.
It took me about 1/2 hour to complete. Agree that the answers restricted my ability to convey my issue – infrequent commuter rail service and lack of mid-day trips but did have an opportunity to write that in separately.
