   That is hilarious, mostly because I know him, and that his personality is so warm and friendly. That second picture is how he usually is.

   That first picture, though, sums up exactly why Newton is such a safe city.

   So true. When he walks into a room he’s usually all laughs and says something excited like, “what’s happening baby”. TDP is hysterical

   Tyrone is the nicest officer I’ve ever known. He’s really in touch with the community he serves. Our city is privileged to have him.
