Brookline bans Styrofoam cups and takeout containers

Residents of Brookline have voted to bar eating establishments in town from using Styrofoam beverage cups and takeout food containers, WBUR reports.

    I love it. I recycle, I don’t litter or idle in my car, and sometimes I remembering to bring my reusable bags when I shop. BUT I know that I’m not doing all that I can to help the environment and, in this situation for sure, I think it’s a-okay to push people.
