Newton to National Grid: Pay up

If I have to pay for my KID to play in BAND and take the BUS, why can’t National Grid pay up! They have a bigger bank account than me. Come on CITY OF NEWTON. . . stop stomping on the little guys and go after the BIG GUYS. I am really disappointed.
Newton Mom, under my regime your taxes would pay for all of those things and I’d get National Grid to pay damages!!!!!!
@Kim: Have you set a start date for your regime?
