*I could not find a website for Devaney. Is that even possible in 2012?
Thanks to everyone supporting my candidacy so far.
Governor’s Council debate is now available on line at http://www.newtv.org/video/decision2012/governorscouncil/
Highly substantive. One of the best of the entire campaign.
Thank you to the Newton LWV and NewTV for co-producing.
I would greatly appreciate your support and your vote on Sept 6th. Please tell your friends.

Thank you.
Charlie Shapiro has raised the profile of the Governor’s Council more than any other candidate I can recall. He will be a positive addition to the Council and we will certainly hear more about it’s actions from him than from almost anyone else I can think of.
The single most important endorsement Charlie has received so far has been from Representative John Lawn who represents all of Watertown and a small section of Newton. Watertown is home to Shapiro’s major opponent and this endorsemen speaks volumes about the impact that Charlie’s down to earth approach to governing will generate.
Both Charlie and Harry have run a terrific campaign.
Marilyn Devaney got 7 votes? The woman who assaulted her stylist with a hairbrush? (What does one need to do in order to drive away voters?)
Emily Norton – If you watched the debate on NewTV you’d wonder why she hasn’t thrown something substantial at her opponent from Newton. Mr. Shapiro is so sure Devaney has a certain faith-based conviction he can’t leave it alone even though her explanation is perfectly reasonable. Her opponents are so proud to wave their pro-choice, anti-republican flags they fail to grasp that political agendas should play no part in this role. That lady gets it
