This one feels like a bad news/good news scenario to me. The TAB reports that Kouzina in Waban is closing but that the space will be taken over but the owner of Newton Highlands’ 51 Lincoln plan to open a new restaurant in the spot.
51 Lincoln does a great job but I’ve enjoyed many memorable meals at Kouzina.
I loved Kouzina. I’m sorry to see it go. The owners are such nice people. I used to love getting a table near the kitchen and talking to them through the night.
Then again, I haven’t had the chance to go in a while.
