Among the many things we don’t know about this fall’s upcoming Charter Commission campaign is (a) how many Newton residents will ultimately run for the nine commission seats and (b) Will there be lawn signs, position papers, slates, campaign web sites, fundraisers, robo-calls, direct mail, TAB endorsements, newspaper ads, etc.?
Only time will tell but, as of today, we have our first Charter Commission campaign web site.
It’s very nice. I wish him good luck.
Of course Bryan has the first website. I am happy to see he is running.
Thanks Tom and Marti! I hope we have an exciting and engaging campaign and that through all of our efforts, we really get Newton residents thinking about what they would like to see us look into.
Great to see the website; but I’m not impressed with the fact that Bryan showed himself with D.Patrick. Too many implications here about the stance you might take Bryan on the commission.
If you want me to pay attention to you let me know the real reasons you want to join the C.C. What do you want to keep in the charter and what is your vision for Newton’s future?
