    Interesting article in the Tab – this developer has poor record maintaining its property. His Somerville building deteriorated to a point where parapet collapsed.

    Good story in print tab. But could not find it online. Does anyone have link to the online story?

    @Sam S – More often than not, The Tab doesn’t put the stories from the Wed print edition on-line for a few days.
