Interesting article in the Tab – this developer has poor record maintaining its property. His Somerville building deteriorated to a point where parapet collapsed.
Good story in print tab. But could not find it online. Does anyone have link to the online story?

Here is the link. I know the Davis Sq building quite well, and cannot imagine an apartment building in a similar condition in a Newton village..
