    Thanks to the Board of Alderman for creating this situation by requiring a Special Permit for medical marijuana dispensaries. Quick, someone snap a picture. This is what your local government looks like with its head up its ass.

    So why is it allowed next to an optometry office that accepts Federal Funds ie Medicare?
