Congratulations Chloe! Best of luck with your new position!!
Congrats Chloe! I, for one, am going to really miss your reporting. Newton’s loss. Wising you success and happiness at your new post.
Our loss is her gain. Very happy for you Chloe!
Good luck in your next adventure Chloe!
Very best of luck, Chloe. Let us know how Melwood is!
Chloe. We will miss you. A lot of good people have come and gone through the TAB and you are one of them I found you focused and persistent, but never overbearing. N ice balance.
Thanks so much, everyone. I’ll miss you all and Newton very much. But I’m excited for this new chapter. Ted, of course I will keep my Twitter handle! So keep in touch everyone.
Congratulations Chloe. You’ve done a great job here in Newton and I hope you stop in from time to time at village 14 for a Newton fix.
Tootles!
Congratulations Chloe! (And to Greg, for calling this move back in December!)
Hey thanks for noticing Kara! (Still waiting for that Charlie Shapiro announcement and for Bob Burke to start blogging!)
I always take special pride when folks I’ve hired move onto bigger and better things and I still recall the day I hired Chloe. She was dressed more fashionably than most newspaper reporters but what impressed me instantly was that this woman lived and breathed politics. Following elections, candidates and legislation wasn’t just her day job. It’s part of who she is. She has a passion for this stuff that you can’t teach and I can only imagine that Melwood will be just the right fit for her and for them.
Newton’s citizens are less fortunate, however. We will miss her watchful eye over our city.
Good luck Chloe! The job sounds perfect for you!
Thanks again to Greg, Kara and Gail. And especially to Greg for hiring me that day! :) Thanks to you I’ve been able to do a lot of exciting things and meet fabulous people. From congressmen to artists to Peace Prize winners to activists making a difference in their community. It’s been wonderful and I’ve learned a lot. In the six years I’ve been with the company I’ve covered six communities, but Newton has by far been my favorite.
Best of luck in your next exciting adventure, Chloe!
How DID you know that, Greg?
