I thought it may be a good time to ask other former Newton leaders to weigh in on the upcoming Ward 2 City Council election. I asked John Wingate Weeks to stick to only positive messages.
Note: This post has no connection to any candidate’s political campaign.
That’s not what John Hyde said when I interviewed him.
Jerry, Did you happen to also get Levi F. Warren’s opinion?
I’m sure both he and John Weeks have strong views on Affordable and Senior Housing now that their namesake Junior High Schools have converted to apartments.
Which side do they fall on?
Damn good question. Frank Ashley Day , circa 1916, made his money as a financier, and left $5000 to start the frank ashley day camp in east Brookfield.these men, weeks and Warren, and day, left legacies. Where did we go wrong? When did the wheels come off this bus?
Since I’ve already been putting words in old John’s mouth, I thought I’d just bring him back to life.
