Back-to-school day

For the parents it was a bit overwhelming. Too many emails and zooms, but each kid seemed to adjust well. They were happy to get back to the grind (middle and high school).
Hopefully, parents, etc are beginning to recognize and value public school teacher’s skills, hard work, dedication, and the breadth of their responsibilities. There are critics abound when it comes to this domain. Anyone that has been in the trenches during this malaise may see the role of a teacher from a different point of view and have a
newfound and greater appreciation.
