I thought there should be one place people can go to get all the info on all the candidates running for office. This compilation is my best effort to compile that information, although I’m happy to get more info in the comments and will update this post as people provide more links. In compiling this, I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to NewTV, without which much of this wouldn’t be possible. Without further ado…
UPDATE: Fixed a few things and added Village14 Candidate Columns.

Bryan – thank you for this incredible resource! I appreciate you taking the time to compile this list.
There’s also all the candidate columns that ran this summer on Village 14. We will add them to the above list later but for now you can find them here.
I would love to see a listing of all of the candidates running which compiles: 1) whether they have come out for or against the proposed changes to the Charter AND 2) the other candidates whom they have endorsed (school committee, ward and at-large councilors, and mayoral race). This will help me make my decisions on whom I will vote for–and against– next week.
Great work Bryan- thank you!
Nicely done!
Thanks, Bryan. This is fantastic! I’ll put a link on the LWVN website (lwvnewton.org).
Thanks Bryan!
Thanks, Bryan!
I read the Election Commission sample ballot. I know exactly the people I shall cast a vote for next week. Many of the candidates I shall leave blank as I know nothing about them and I have read much literature.
When the average voter enters the voting booth he/she will be overwhelmed by the length and confusion of the ballot and may pick the key issues or candidates when casting their vote. Even with a good turnout, this election will be a very incomplete and frustrating process with a very unreliable voting outcome.
