It’s a long way to November but Newton’s campaign season has definitely begun in earnest. The notices for campaign events have been coming in steadily..
So if you’re interested in meeting any of the candidates put these on your calendar. These are all public events open to everyone. Note – all the other candidates are welcome to send me an email ([email protected]) and I’ll add yours to the list.
In the race for Newton’s next mayor, all three candidates have upcoming events.
Mayor – Scott Lennon is having a “Neighborhood Meet & Greet tomorrow April 2, 1:30 – 3 PM at Dunn Gaherins Pub in Upper Falls. RSVP [email protected]m
Mayor – Greg Reibman is holding a “Campaign Kickoff” next Saturday April 8, 3- 5 PM at Mick Morgans on Needham St. RSVP [email protected]
Mayor – Ruthanne Fuller will be holding a “Gathering and discussion about Newton’s future” on Saturday April 22, 4 PM at the Woman’s Club of Newton Highlands. RSVP here

Count me in, Jerry. I will be running for Waban Area Council. No events scheduled yet, but husband is scheduled to travel to upper Amazon in October and promises to bring back anaconda to help shrink City Council.
