Whether you heart Newton’s current zoning, hate it, or take a more nuanced view, you may want to attend the kickoff meeting for the city’s zoning redesign project, this Wednesday Oct. 6 Oct. 5, from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Second Church, 60 Highland St., West Newton.
Newton’s current zoning was last changed in 1987. The Kickoff meeting will include a discussion of the goals and scope of the project including Newton’s pattern book and how you can get involved. Full details available here.
