Since October 2015, the Newton-Needham Regional Chamber has been working in partnership with the City of Newton, the Town of Needham and stakeholders from our two communities to develop a strategic plan for the N-Squared Innovation Corridor, a 500-acre district straddling Newton and Needham that is home to a number of fast-growing and well-known innovation companies.

Guided by economic development consultant Camoin Associates, we’ve developed a strategic plan for establishing the corridor as a prime location for innovation-economy investment within Greater Boston.
