Each year, NewTV awards two scholarships to Newton high school seniors pursuing college degrees in communications, television or film. Eligible applicants will be considered from both Newton public high schools and one recipient will be chosen from Newton North and one from Newton South. This year’s application deadline is Monday, April 11. The two awardees will be presented with their scholarships at NewTV’s Red Carpet Gala on May 11.
