Suspicious Package in Newtonville?

I heard rumors this morning of police activity in Newtonville near the commuter rail station. The scuttlebutt is that there was a suspicious package, but it cleared out quickly. It sounds like it cleared out around 9am.

Anyone who commutes through there have additional information?

    It’s been a rough week for the MBTA The Newtonville incident didn’t even make the list.
