Newton has lacked a Vietnamese restaurant since the closings of Le’s at the Atrium and Lams in Newtonville.
But now the Boston Business Journal reports that Bon Me, a popular food truck that opened brick-and-mortar locations in Boston and Cambridge, is planning to open a restaurant at Chestnut Hill Square.
