@Jerry: Are you sure it’s not just their own attempt at public art? Not everyone can afford Janet Echelman.
If you’re talking about the blue and/or white tubes it may not be Eversource. I would guess that Comcast/xfinity and Verizon/fios may be responsible for those lines.
@Doug C – that would make,sense. The cable companies to tend to be a bit more wild and reckless with their cable stringing. If so, apologies to Eversource.
No – this is definitely NSTAR fiber in the blue. They are using NSTAR conduit (spare riser) to run this. The other plastic is a mystery.
