40B opponents have been lobbying the state legislature to overturn the 40B legislation.  Meanwhile proponents have been pushing the legislature to take a stronger stand in support of affordable housing.

Few have thought that a meeting of the minds was possible but today the state legislature announced that a compromise has been hammered out.

As of June 1, the 40B affordable housing program will be re-christened 40C
