All participants in this year’s Tour de Newton were entered in a raffle to win a new Trek bicycle donated by International Bicycle.
The randomly selected number was #17 – Julian Phillips. We couldn’t be more delighted.
Julian is 8 years old and he completed the entire 20 mile, 13 village route. Here’s a photo of Julian and his dad Nathan Phillips just after they completed the ride in West Newton.
