    So, what happens now? The P&S expired yesterday. Any word on next steps, if any?

    If I was a betting person – I would bet that a few Waban people will get together and buy the property so that they can make sure that no other homeless group or anything else ever goes into that building. They will tear down the building and make it a small park. I guess they can call it the Setti Warren Park.

    I’m thinking 2 or 3 previously homeless families with lotsa loud children to further burden Angier….!!!
