Ward 2 Alderman candidate Emily Norton announced her three Campaign Co-Chairs and a list of one hundred Ward 2 residents who have endorsed her campaign.
The three c0-chairs are:
* Reverend Howard Haywood is the retired pastor of the Myrtle Baptist Church
* Kate Painter is an operations executive and parent volunteer at Cabot Elementary School.
* Terry Morris is a former Alderman at Large from Ward 2
Wow this Ward 2 contest is turning into one heck of a poker game.
First comes Eve Tapper announcing Brooke Lipsitt and Jonathan Yeo will serve as her co-chairs.
Now here comes Norton, saying “I’ll raise your former alderman and school committee member with my own former alderman, a parent activist and a very well-respected member of our clergy/friend of the mayor’s… PLUS I have 100 endorsements.”
Lia Fahey, Jack Leader, your turns.
May I add, three cheers for Emily Norton!
Impressive to have such a large and broad base of support right from the start!
Capital B, Capital A, Capital R, Capital F.
Janet – was your keyboard hi-jacked by a troll?
Good question Lisap.
Janet – Can you clarify?
Emily – Good luck with your race.
The way I interpret this, Emily Norton has 100 endorsements and one non-endorser. That’s 101 reasons to feel good about Emily’s chances.
I am sure many at the convention are endorsing Emily! But how many of them can actually vote in W2?
