According to the TAB Interim Chief Mintz got the job. I’ve always been impressed with his openness and willingness to listen to the community.
I second what Adam said. Chief Mintz has always been very community oriented, and I doubt there will be much drama with his administration of Police affairs.
Agreed – I’m glad to hear Chief Mintz was appointed.
I’ve heard nothing but good things about the new Chief.
I’ve heard encouraging things as well. We’ll see if any of my students get their carry licenses upgraded or not when they send him their requests.

Great guy. Well grounded. Attentive to detail. Professional. Excellent listener.
Good decision.
Ran into Chief Mintz at Trader Joe’s late this afternoon! I was thrilled to be able to congratulate him in person! He is a total mensch.
