They can just pull the 40B card like they did on Derby Street in West Newton and they can put all the apartments they want – At this rate they can add on in the A, in the U, on the top of the K and the bottom of the S’s.

When we saw these on Saturday there were little heads peeking out. On Sunday, they looked empty, though these were a few adults perched on top of the sign – a few new Newton “empty nesters” perhaps.

Jerry was there bird poop on the sidewalk? speaking of sidewalks, isn’t it about time for the mid trial period results of the sidewalk snow ordinance which went into effect last year? Reminds me of this anxiously awaited report.
