Guive Mirfendereski provided notice that he has filed an appeal of the Austin Street Special Permit on behalf of Barbara Fabricant, William Zhang, Nien Lung Tai, Charles H Trinatafilles and the Cummings Family, LLC. The complaint has been forwarded to the Law Department, a copy is available here in the Clerk’s Office and a copy is in your mailbox here at City Hall. The plaintiffs are seeking judicial review and annulment of the Special Permit granted on December 8, 2015.
