The Countryside Outdoor Classroom Project, a plan hatched by some 5th graders three years ago was nearly given up as dead.
Thanks to the mayor stepping in to donate city surveying services, a tenacious team of Countryside faculty, parents, a Brandeis biologist, and MIT grad students, the plan has been revived.
At this point the Outdoor Classroom Projects needs cash to get to the finish line. If a single donor can come up with the $5000, who knows, maybe they’ll even name it after you.
