KoKo Bakery at 232L California St. offers a wide range of baked goods, including French and German breads, according to Boston Eater.
The ingredients are simple (flour, water, leavin and salt), the process is complex. Some breads take over 40 hours from beginning to end.
I understand that KoKo’s will have a wide selection of gluten free offerings.
KoKo’s will, of course, be a great addition to 2 of my Nonantum favorites – Antoine’s which is right across the street from Steamers, which has the best seafood in the city!
