Warren and Hess-Mahan win Newton mayoral preliminary

Village 14 is calling it, with 23 of 32 precincts reporting: Newton Mayor Setti Warren and Alderman Ted Hess-Mahan are the victors in tonight’s preliminary election for mayor of Newton. They will run against each other in the Nov. 5 general election.
