| Newton MA News and Politics BlogThe Newton League of Women voters is bringing back their Civic Challenge on Sunday April 30, 4 – 6 PM at the Cabot School Cafeteria.   The event is FREE! and open to adults and students in grade 8 and above

Compete for prizes while engaging in an exciting test of your knowledge of our federal, state, and local government, the constitution, voting rights, current events and history.  Individuals and teams of 4 or fewer are welcome. Individuals will be matched up with a team.

City Councilor Josh Krintzman and former Alderman Brooke Lipsitt will be the informative and entertaining masters of ceremony.  The winning team will be taken on a tour of the Mass State house courtesy of our state legislative delegation.
