Today I discovered an easy way to dispose of leftover opioid/narcotic medications that doesn’t depend on the occasional drop-off days sponsored by the city. There’s a drop box in front of City Hall that can be used for safe disposal of the following:
- Oxycodone
- Hydrocodone
- Morphine
- Vicodin
- Fentanyl
- Methamphetamines
- Methadone
- Heroin
I’m glad to learn that the city provides this important public safety resource.
