Al Checcinelli runs for mayor

The Newton Patch reports that in addition to Ruthanne  Fuller, and Amy Sangiolo, Al Checchinelli is a third candidate for Newton Mayor.  The City clerk reported that Mr Checchinelli has pulled papers but so far there doesn’t seem to be any obvious on-line signs of a campaign launch.

    Has he ever actually launched a real campaign? Last time he didn’t even have a website.

    I think the Newton GOP feels the need to recruit a candidate every election and he is their sacrificial lamb.
