Rode by this morning to say “hello Dali.”
Funny thing is there was an elderly couple on foot doing the same thing! They were on their phone trying to get help from someone who must have told them about it.
I finally found it. Not sure about them, I last saw them heading in what turned out to be the wrong direction.
BTW, there’s some really nice painted doors on the Greenway too, including one in honor of our own Fignewtonville.
At least I think that’s the idea, someone else thought it referred to the cookie.
Possible perhaps. But I’m going with it being a Fignewtonville tribute.
Odder still, right where Senor Dali is perched, over the middle of the path, way up high, is a chandelier hanging over the path.
I just discovered it yesterday when someone pointed it out to me. It looks like it may have been there for quite a while and I’ve gone under it countless times without ever noticing it.
The branch that the chandelier is hanging from is so high its hard to imagine how anyone ever got it up there.
