Newton Housing Authority Holiday Card and Sponsorship
The pandemic has significantly impacted low-income families, seniors, and persons with disabilities in the Newton Housing Authority’s programs. Thanks to a generous donation from the Village Bank, the NHA Resident Services Department is sending a hand-written card and a grocery-store gift certificate to seniors and persons with disabilities in their federal program. The NHA would love to extend this program to the rest of their residents—a total of 237 households.

- Write a holiday card. Select a nondenominational card—and include your well-wishes!
- Purchase a grocery-store gift card. For families the sponsorship amount is $50; for seniors and persons with disabilities the amount is $20. Please include a note with your name on it to ensure that the proper card is going to the right program.
- Drop off the holiday card and gift certificate to the NHA offices at 82 Lincoln Street, Newton Highlands, by Wednesday, December 23. There is a sign on the door indicating where to leave your donation.
