State School Aide Level Funded this Year

Gov. Charlie Baker announces that local school aid will be level funded this year, a major accomplishment during the pandemic-caused economic downturn but short of what had been planned.

    Plus, they’re using the old formula. Will be interesting to see what dollar amounts actually get allocated to Newton overall.

    Paul,

    If NPS start out fully remote, what do you think needs to happen for the curriculum to be robust, engaging, challenging, nuanced, accommodating, all-inclusive, and effective? NPS were harangued for their efforts and poor execution this past Spring. You are passionate about this issue. So, I would like to hear about ways to refine the approach for the betterment of the students, etc.
