It’s Thanksgiving wee, so what is happening around town? I know that Zervas had its Turkey Trot this past weekend, but what’s coming up? Tell us your Thanksgiving Week events!

Thanksgiving Football…Newton South vs Lincoln Sudbury at 10am on Thursday.
The Thanksgiving Farmers’ Market will be held from 1- 5 p.m. at the War Memorial at Newton City Hall. The Thanksgiving market, sponsored by the Newton Farmers’ Market and The Village Bank, is a fundraiser for the Newton Food Pantry and supports local food-aid organization, Community Servings. All vendors are donating their fees to the Newton Food Pantry, and the market is a pie pick up site for Community Servings’ Pie in the Sky fundraiser. More info can be found @https://www.allovernewton.com/.

@Amy – what day is the market?
Tuesday.
There’s always that joy filled three-plus hour ride on the Mass Pike to the Sturbridge exit.
I’ll be checking out the farmer’s market today. Took the rest of the week off.
On the topic of Thanksgiving, wanted you take a moment to give a shout out to those I’ve debated with most here on V14 this year – @sean, @chuck, @allison and last but certainly not least, @SeñiorRiebman.
Wishing you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving…until we go at it again on Dec 2nd for the Northland vote.
Thanks Matt. Right back to you and yours!
Sunday, I made the 3 hour Pike drive to Sturbridge, accidents, and on to NYC for some shopping at Bryant Park’s Pop-Up Christmas Market especially, nights on Broadway and more.
Wednesday I will drive back to my daughter’s home in Cheshire, CT for both my oldest grandson’s 18th birthday, ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ, and Thanksgiving.
Super week. 60 degrees.
I hope everyone on here, including lurkers who don’t comment, has a very happy calm – meaning no political talk – Thanksgiving!!
