Now that we’re looking down the barrel of another winter Nor’easter (that apparently is all my fault) I thought I’d share a Newton winter fun fact that my wife learned at the last Upper Falls Area Council meeting.
Amount of money that every inch of snow costs the City of Newton: $100,000
So from these maps it looks like the weather folks are predicting that a $500,000 – $1,200,000 storm is on the way.
