Congratulations to longtime Newton resident and Wellesley College Economics Professor (and full disclosure: my cousin) Phil Levine for his work on MyinTuition, an easy-to-use financial aid calculator that estimates the real cost of college, after financial aid. MyinTuition encourages low- and middle-income students to apply to schools that they might have rejected because they assumed they couldn’t afford the tuition. Thirty-one colleges are now participating.

I would definitely have used this during school process for my son- and in fact I think I did find something else along those lines. Great tool I hope other schools jump on
