Slew of Mayoral forums coming up

We are blessed with a number of impressive candidates who have stepped up to run for Mayor. But now you have to choose! So how better to make an informed decision than to attend one or several of the many upcoming mayoral forums? 

EDIT: Note that the Transportation forum on September 7th initially had a different date.

Here’s the list so far:

  • Green Decade: Thursday, August 3 7:00pm (7:45pm start) – The Farm
  • League of Women Voters Newton: August 9 7:30pm – NewTV (No live audience) 
  • Newton-Needham Chamber: Thursday, August 10 8:00am – Wells Park Auditorium
  • Coleman House: Monday, August 14 1:30pm – 677 Winchester Street
  • Senior Center: Tuesday, August 15 7:00pm – Newton Senior Center
  • U-CHAN: Wednesday, August 23 7:00pm – Eliot Church
  • Newton Democratic City Committee: Thursday, August 24 7:00pm – War Memorial, City Hall
  • Transportation & Housing Mayoral Forum (Sponsored by Bike Newton, Engine 6 and Green Newton): Thursday, September 7 7:00pm – War Memorial, City Hall
