As you can see if you watch the video, I was there for the whole Public Meeting. (I will bring a pillow for the seat next time). It was interesting and informative and certainly a “best practices” approach to gathering information on Executive Function in City Government. It was not, however, a Public Hearing. That will occur on March 9 at City Hall. This was a Public Meeting called by the Charter Commission to hear the expertise of knowledgeable individuals to aid the Commission in their deliberations.
